Directions:

  1. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy and smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add a small amount of olive oil or water.
  2. Combine the salad: In a large bowl, add the broccoli, grapes, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Pour in the honey Dijon yogurt dressing and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
  3. Chill and serve: Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
