Directions:

  1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a small jar with a sealed lid. Shake well until combined.
  2. To make the salad, combine shredded cabbage, cooked chicken, carrots, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  3. Drizzle the salad with the ginger-sesame dressing and mix until fully coated.
  4. Garnish with wonton crisps (or chopped peanuts) and serve. Enjoy!
