Directions:

  1. Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle melted butter and orange juice over the flour mixture and stir until the mixture is moistened but crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of the oat mixture, and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Filling: In another medium bowl, mix together cranberries, sour cream, granulated sugar, and remaining ingredients until well combined. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the prepared crust, then sprinkle the reserved oat mixture on top.
  3. Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  4. Serve: Once cool, cut into bars and enjoy!
