Directions:

  2. Make the dressing: In a food processor, combine the avocado, garlic, cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil, then add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
