Directions:

  1. Combine and blend: Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add fresh thyme: Once blended, add the fresh thyme and mix well.
  3. Store: Transfer the dressing to a sealed, airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Serve: If the olive oil solidifies after refrigeration, let the dressing sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving and shake well to combine.
