How to Do
Setup: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grip the barbell just outside your knees, palms facing forward.
Lift: Push through your heels to lift the bar while keeping your back straight.
Catch: As the bar rises, drop under it and catch it on your shoulders in a squat position.
Press: Stand up, then press the bar overhead, extending your arms fully.
Lower: Bring the bar back down to your shoulders, then to the floor.
