How to guide...

Starting position

Grip the EZ bar with palms facing your body, hands placed closer than shoulder-width.

Execution

Exhale and lift your elbows and shoulders to about 90 degrees. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.

How to Do:

  1. Starting Position: Grip the EZ bar with palms facing your body, hands placed closer than shoulder-width.
  2. Form: Exhale and lift your elbows and shoulders to about 90 degrees. Pause briefly at the top.
  3. Return: Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat: Perform for the desired repetitions.

Tips:

  • Move slowly and with control to prevent momentum from taking over.
  • Start with a lighter weight if you’re new to this exercise and gradually increase it.
