Starting position

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball overhead in one hand. Keep your torso upright.

Execution

Slam the ball firmly onto the ground in front of you, then catch the rebound and return to the starting position. Alternate arms for balanced development.

How to Do:

  4. Catch and Reset: Catch the rebound and return to the starting position, ready for the next rep.
